Even so please dont give to kittens either because if they are lactose intolerant a very snall amount can kill them. Please use kitten formula or if the mother is around that would be even better. Only give your cat cows milk only if you are for sure its not lactose intolerant

The weird thing in my cat's case is that it was the vet himself who caused severe hepatotoxicity by injecting unnecessary antibiotics. After the 11th shot he collapsed. I took him to the vet as an emergency, and he just switched antibiotics, although he knew what was going on. Within 4 days my baby passed due to toxicosis and hemolytic anaemia. That' his vet's work.

Went through this for the past week, cat pissed on himself for days, stayed away from the litter box, didn’t eat; looked depressed. Was a UTI. Have vet take a urine sample and get an antibiotic, if he strains to pee could be a blockage which failed to mention in this video, which is a more serious emergency.

My cat died 3weeks ago , I still worry about my cat , I’m guilty about that - he love me lot 3month early he attacked by another cat , he was injured under the stomach,. I was feel that time nothing to worry,- but after few month later he sick , vomiting yellow and not eat 2days , got medicine but too late ,- finally I was realized he died he is inside organ some blood bleeding- pls guys if some animals attack your pet don’t ignore it - faster visit your vet 😢😂😂

I saw a video on RUclips when my 18 yo cat was diagnosed with stage 2 kidney failure that recommends a supplement called Renafood. I really feel like it helps. It seemed to perk him up a bit right after we started it. It’s only been a couple months but I give him one tab every day. I also put water and food in front of him every time I see him. He really didn’t care much for the RX kidney kibble or the low phosphorus canned food I bought on line.

My cat gets fed good tucker. The canned food is poisonous to cats. Don’t feed it to them . I feed her mostly deboned cooked chicken , and dry crunchy food . Milk too And alway water in a glass bowl . Glass keeps water cool. She eats birds too and bushrats . She loves salmon too . . Her name is Katsy and she. is 13 this year .She is a farm cat .

We lost our kitten too quickly. She showed signs of her disease just one week before she passed. She was a small 8 pound kitten that weighed less than 6 pounds when we took her to the vet. I lost my cat Tigger to kidney disease just over a month ago now. She was 23 and we'd had her 17 years. She was diagnosed with it around 6 or 7 years ago and we had been managing it with a renal diet. She'd been doing great until the end of feb, and she started to become a little withdrawn. We werent too concerned at first as she was still eating normally and drinking, using the puppy pads we'd started putting down for her as she stopped using the litter tray around a year before. She did go through phases of liking her own company so we didnt think much of it at first. I started to notice she was having difficulty getting up and down the stairs, and was also having a hard time holding herself up to defecate so being very concerned at this point, I took her to the vets on the 22nd of March, a day after i noticed the constipation and weakness. The vet said she didnt have long given the amount of weight she'd lost over the 3 to 4 weeks prior to her going down hill. Despite this, she agreed with me in the fact that she still had some quality of life as she was eating fine and enjoying a brush. Her chest and heart also sounded good. She prescribed some Metacam for her incase she was in any pain but it just made her very drowsy which ended up masking the fact that she was actually in the process of dying. She passed away at home the following evening. It wasnt peaceful and ive been tormenting myself ever since. She deteriorated SO QUICKLY, and none of us had any idea it was going to happen that soon. I tried to get a vet to her to have her put to sleep in the hours before she died as she was relatively comfortable on the sofa, but because it was so late, there were no vets available for a home euthanasia at that time. Our only option was to take her to an out of hours vet 35 mins away which we decided as a family, we weren't going to stress her out as she was petrified of the vets, and that we'd keep her comfortable through the night and have someone out to her on the sunday morning. But sadly, within 2 hours of that phone call, she started dying. It was very traumatic to watch and i pray to god she wasnt aware of any of it. I think she was having seizures leading up to her death but she also went into respiritory distress a few minutes before. I wish id have known what was coming and i failed her. Its an awful disease and it can progress to full renal failure so fucking fast. We miss her terribly.

I love the new cat. Unfortunately, in the middle of the night when I go to the bathroom and it's pitch dark & feel of unexpected whiskers on my butt I am startled every time. It does take a little time to get my heart rate back where it should be.Why are they so quiet?

I have to disagree on the petting. My decades of experience and research of professionals on this matter, shows that cats build up static electricity very quicky, to properly discharge that electricity, one needs to pet them top of head to the very tip of their tail. Not doing so, will lead to a buildup of static electricity which will stress them out until they react unkindly.

Last year, annual apartment fire detector inspection. I usually stay home for that. You kid ces in after about 20 minutes of on off building alarm sounding. Testing. Extremely irritating. Every 15 seconds for 30 minutes. I was irritated. In sure the cat was irritated. The cat didn't like people, but just avoids. Loves me and my brother stays away from stranger. This guy comes in, wearing his work boots and he's a big man. He's a THE FIRE ALARM CHECKER!. comes in here, looks at my alarm, I'm irritated, look at the alarm, then kindly get the f out of my apartment. He looks at it, the cats hissing and spitting, agitated by the guy being here. I directed her back away with my foot. To clarify, I didn't kick my cat. I loved my cat and my cat loved me. One of my greatest relationships ever tbh. But anyway. The cats hissing spitting growling, he kind of laughed a bit, but it's like man, I agree with the cat. Get the f out of my face... Lol kks, it's outdated. Expired. Need to be changed. I know it works, but it's expired. I said "Ah f.... So when? Today? You doing that today?" No not today, you will get notice. A week not so later, we get home from work and the cat is injured in her back leg. Can't support herself. But she is. She is getting around, with her back side leg, collapsed we were both like ??? What happened here? What's going on? She is hurt. Bad. Did she fall from somewhere? Maybe but not likely. She didn't really climb high enough to actually fall enough to injure herself. I'm thinking l, you know what? That's not a fall. She looks like she got kicked. I told him what I thought. Someone came in here without notice, the cat freaked out, defended this place with her life (WITHOUT EVEN HAVING CLAWS, she was harmless, but didn't know it) our super intendant didn't give us notice. We get along with her too but I don't trust people. My brother brushed me off as paranoid. We can't prove it, but that's my take. I believe that. Some idiot moron came in here without notice from our moron super intendant, the cat defended her territory, she loves my, my brother and her place, and they kicked her and leftm the alarm date was not changed. My brother seriously brushed me off as a paranoid idiot and dared me to go say this thraory to someone I called him a simple stupid naive morron with too many faith in the good and competence of human kind. Of course I'm nt gonna make something of it, I have no proof, it's a theory. The cat was up here loving my face that night. like as if she was proud of herself. Ome week later, 7 days later, I'm at work, my brother happens to be home, I get a text from him "WTF? 2 people a man and a woman just walked in here at 10:00 am, unlocked the door and walked right in to change the fire alarm. I didn't let him hear the end of that. I told you. I FN TOLD you. I went down for the mail and happened to get her down there. I let her have it calmly. But I was not happy. She denied trying that day. No? Because I came home to a seriously injured cat last Thursday? Nobody tried then? Because I know people walked in today, without notice? I was waiting for it. We did not get it? Later she apologized and said "they put it under the wrong door..." That's your job. Don't put it in the hands of others. I didn't say anything but I'd like to get some cameras. Come in here and kick my cat. If I see that, I might damage someone severely.

My cat is my best friend but she was clearly taken away from her mother too early. She does not clean herself, attacks and hurts me when trying to cuddle or play and has no social skills with other animals. She shows aggression for no reason but if you know your boundaries, you can escape getting cut up lol.

My Cousie is a senior lady of 21. A wonderful girl (senior lady) Still bright and talkative. Not showing any of those signs yet apart from napping more and arthritis. Our vet highly recommended a drug especially produced for cat arthritis. Omg, it’s incredible the change in Cousie when she has had her injection. Struggling with the stairs?? No way, she’s suddenly a torpedo😹 The injection is given once monthly and a saviour as she has no more pain.👍

Our cats eats everything including left over salads with lots of avo and onions. They never bat an eyelid. But then they are African cats.

My cat Cally is in kidney failure. She is 16. We give her subQ fluids every other day. It is hard to get her to eat. I hope for one last Spring & Summer.

For a long time I thought tomato sauce, garlic and onions were safe for cats because of the GARFIELD cartoon (the lasagna-loving cat). I hated myself the first time I found out that my leftover pasta was harmful to my cats.

Most cats know what not to eat, if they don't it's called 'survival of the fittest' which also pertains to 'smartest'. Like a human that doesn't know not to eat wild mushrooms they aren't familiar with, see the beautiful thing about nature, is that it has its own way of weeding out the dumb, true story.

What a poor choice of pet. Nobody needs an overly sensitive high maintenance emotional suck. Limit who comes over for fear of upsetting precious kitty? Give me a dog any day.

Almost all cats are lactose intolerant. Dairy products won’t kill them but it could give them diarrhea, dehydration, upset stomach, & sometimes vomiting.
